John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Absolute 1st class service and build from Michael and his team. Communication was great from our first contact right through to completion. Excellent competitive pricing and good invoicing. The overall build quality of our extension is fantastic and thoughtfully done. We had a downstairs shower room, dining room and hall added with new back steps. Michael is a great problem solver too. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .
