Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.

Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. Replacement windows , new frames and doors. New ceilings and flooring. Partial or complete removal of chimneys. Artificial grass , new patio with flags. Painting and decoration.
Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
