George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. The roof required more work than we realised, but Fraser was honest and communicative. This company were timely in providing a quote and getting the work done. We would recommend them.
We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!
