I hired this contractor to install laminate flooring and skirting boards, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The finish looks amateurish, with visible gaps and poorly cut edges. To make matters worse, the price was initially agreed at £300, but once the work was 'finished,' he demanded £400 without prior notice. Since then, he has stopped responding to my calls and messages for weeks regarding necessary repairs. Save yourself the stress and hire a real professional instead.
On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
