Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Very disappointing experience. The cleaner showed up late without any call or explanation. She wasted 3 hours cleaning just 3 bathrooms that weren’t even that dirty. What’s worse, most of the tasks we clearly agreed on were completely ignored. She waited until the time was up to mention that she wouldn’t be doing the rest because she “ran out of time” — no professionalism, no communication. For the price and time spent, the service was far from acceptable.
