Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. George was very friendly and professional. He called to chat about the job and came out to quote on the same day. His quote was very reasonable and once accepted he offered to complete the work on the same visit or another date if it was more suitable. Work was carried out straight away to identify and fix a leak. The completed job cost less than the estimate. Highly recommended.
