Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!
