Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Very friendly and carried out everything i wanted done. Would strongly recommend him to friends and family.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I specialise in Bathroom Suite installations and plumbing, however over the years have finished many projects from extensions, loft conversions and outbuildings. I studied in plumbing whilst serving in the Armed Forces and then exceeded my knowledge by learning other skills, such as, tiling, plastering, carpentry and lots more. Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. We would highly recommend him and our friends who saw the finished job have already made plans for him to quote for thier bathroom. His charges are also very reasonable and the profile suggested and subsequently supplied are first class.

Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Can't recommend them enough!
