Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Can't thank them enough it took 8 months but we have our amazing home back

Slav and his team worked tirelessly over several days to clear a significant amount of garden soil and relocated a deck in preparation for a new patio. He then organised retaining wall footings and an mot surface ready for the next phase. Throught, he and his team communicated about progress and sought clarification when appropriate. The job was completed on time and in budget and the team always cleared up at the end of the work day. I'm very pleased with Slav's service and have engaged him again.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Richard is capable of installing windows but we’ve had a bad general experience with him starting with leaving the work unfinished initially and is now ignoring us to avoid having to rectify the issues he’s left us with. We now have a door which scrapes and sticks to the frame whenever it Is opened or shut. I wouldn’t recommend using Premier Home Improvements.
