He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
