Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Kieran did an excellent job of digging out an overgrown flower bed and rebuilding a brick retaining wall topped with coping. He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. I can certainly recommend Kieran for similar jobs.
