Someone else, who sent a hard-sell salesman rather than the guy doing the job, wanted £700 more to do the same job. Colin, did this for the right price. Friendly, professional bloke. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
