George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Rooftime has been trading for 24 years and we are qualified in all aspects of Roofing through the citb certification scheme. All works are guaranteed and fully insured.
This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
We do all kinds of home repairs except roofing and gas boilers: Wiring , electrical , plumbing , bonding , skimming , plasterboards , full bathroom build , kitchens , removing and building new walls , extensions. Replacement windows , new frames and doors. New ceilings and flooring. Partial or complete removal of chimneys. Artificial grass , new patio with flags. Painting and decoration.
Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.
