The job was delayed due to poor weather conditions but Graham worked with us to rearrange the date and kept us well informed of when work would take place. The work undertaken was of a high quality for an excellent price. We are really pleased and would employ Graham again for other projects.

Our conservatory and kitchen floor upgrade was complted to a very high standard (and I am not easily pleased!) All of the professionals that were used to build, tile, plaster and plumb were all really nice, very professional and did an amazing job. Due to the age of our house we needed additional electrical work to accomodate building regulations, there was a leak in our dishwasher that we never knew about until the original tiling on the floor was lifted and due to the size of the room our patio supporting was needed moving. All of these additional jobs were completed as part of the build which made my life alot easier. I am sitting in my conservatory now writing this recommendation with a very big smile.

Would highly recommend Kenny & his Team. Kenny provided a competitive quote and completed the job on time. 10 Windows and Front Door were replaced and my house now looks amazing. Neighbours are knocking on my door complementing on my choice of windows and want to know who installed them. Kenny is a very likeable man who delivers a first class service from start to finish. Standard of workmanship was excellent. Andrew and Stuart were very accommodating and ensured that they tidied up before leaving for the night. Work was completed ahead of schedule, and to a high standard. Would definitely use firm again.

George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

I cannot recommend Danny enough. He surpassed my expectations and did an amazing job. He built a "master peice" of a sandstone retaining wall which matched my house and salvaged my drive way. My front of house looks a million dollars. Danny is a perfectionist but very relaxed at the same time. A+
