I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

I was assured that there had been weed control membrane put down under all of my non grass area. However, weeds are appearing in all areas now so it is clear that no membrane was put down. My hedge remains in a terrible state. I would definitely not recommend this firm. I have no idea how they ever appeared on Rated People and hopefully they will be removed before someone else falls foul of their terrible service.

Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.
