An outstanding service from start to finish. Darren invested time in me as a customer to find out what kind of style and design I was looking for. His experience and obvious expertise enabled me to choose the most effective layout and stylish fittings. The fitters themselves were equally fantastic. They had the utmost respect for my property and kept the area clean and tidy at all times. They take absolute pride in their work and ensure work is completed to a high standard. I would recommend and use again!

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Quickly quoted, arrived on time, honest and polite, leaving the house clean and tidy. Excellent quality work, only charged for what needed doing, and highlighted things that I had missed. Rate highly and would use them again, for any job, no matter how big or small.

Craig was very responsive, knowledgeable and competitively priced when he came to quote. The work carried out is great, Craig and Connor worked tirelessly to finish in 30+C heat, and the results are better than what I had planned in my head.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Amazing service and highly recommend. Helen contacted me to arrange for Carl to visit; for a quote, which was emailed to me for me to review. When work started, Carl arrived at the agreed time and always called to advise he was on his way. He is very clean and tidy and great workmanship. Very impressed with the high standard of his work. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.

Ryan's work ethic and commitment to getting the job right is an absolute credit to him and his team.
