Ian came round to take a look at a damp patch that had started showing up on one of the utility room walls. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He gave everything a proper check over and explained what was likely going on in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t try to make a mountain out of a molehill or push for any unnecessary work—just gave honest, practical advice on what to do next. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was. Mon Roofing and Building Contractors have been going for near enough 20years. i started up as a roofing and building only buisnes but over the years grew to contracting projects ie extensions , annexes, new builds ext. i have an impressive portfolio and have not used the rated people platform since 2014 . but due to not going for the larger project have now come back on here to look for smaller contracts.
Arwel stood out from the other contractors who applied to do the job because he visited before quoting and made some additional recommendations. He replaced guttering, some loose root tiles and also recommended that we use some protective edging that he also installed. Roof looks great.
Would you all kinds of roof repairs gutter repairs cleaning gutters alter alter building over cause fully guaranteed
