Sam & Jess were real pro's. They worked really hard installing me a new drainage channel to stop the passage way at the side of my house flooding every time it rained, They did find what appeared to be the old drainage which had been covered by several inches of concrete. They put in a new drainage system which looks very tidy and is doing its job already. They cleared up really well when they'd finished. I was very pleased with the job and would thoroughly recommend them. Also they were really nice people.

An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.
