Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.
