Recommended. Ben is hard working, punctual, reliable and the quality of his work is very good. He and Tony turned up on time and did our ceiling in the timescale and price he said he would. They tidied away at the end of the day. We had him back shortly after to plasterboard and skim our fireplace and again a very pleasant experience. Price quoted was competitive. A trustworthy chap, we would use again.

Adrian is punctual, reliable and honest. His rendering and bricklaying is quality work and he finished a day ahead of schedule. He's not only experienced and professional but a pleasure to work with, I'd like to use Adrian for more of my projects. Highly recommended.

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Really pleasant people to do business with. Very flexible with dates & times. Came when they said they would. Only advertised a very small job which put off most traders. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Found that Henry Was very satisfied with the quality and care good understanding of the work that was required and was able to point out additional needed work

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
