I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine! Las and two of his sons came round at very short notice to do all sorts of tidying up and repairing around the house. They were on time, very efficient and very patient with a long list of small jobs.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola

I feel fortunate to have found Bartek and his band of builders. They have done some excellent work for me, very tidily and well done, and the price was fair. I recommend him without reservation. He is helpful, gives good advice, and always looks for the most economical solution without cutting corners. I give him five stars without hesitation.

JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs
