I initially left a 5-star review because the job seemed well done. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The replacement lock stopped working within two days and had to be repaired again. The inner safety glass panel also shattered two days after the work. I can't say what caused the glass to break, as nobody touched it after he left, but the timing is very concerning. I started with a faulty lock and ended up with a shattered glass panel.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
I’ve been in the building trade for 18+ years and always aim to meet any needs you may require I also have a full in-house team of tradesmen when needed. I cover all aspects of building work from even the smallest jobs and I also aim to try my best to be reasonable with all my prices.
Turned up when they said they would, did the job and extra work I asked them to do. Kept the place as clean as possible when I said I had bad allergy. Would hire them again

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
