Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.

Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Tony was the only tradesman to reply,he sent a picture and a quote via text which was fine but told him I would get back to I'm when I had other quotes. I contacted him today to say I didn't want a upvc door I preferred wood and needed new frame so he said he would call this afternoon to have a look at the job as he was in the area but then he messaged back to say he had to go to another appointment and hoped I would get the job with another tradesman which were both checkatrade so will use them
