M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Sash Window solutions, headed by Andrew, made the whole process stress free . The timing of the fitting was negotiable and everything was made clear. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb
