Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. I’ve never had a carpet cleaned before so had no real idea of price but after talking to different services, we agreed a price. We had decorators in at the same time which wasn’t planned but worked ok. Wouldn’t advise doing both at the same time. Evo was clear in what he needed and how to get around potential difficulties. Friendly. we now have a clean carpet free from cat hair (well as much as possible!)

I started using Nmefram about a month now. I am very happy with the puntuality of the staff and the quality of cleaning. I also had a deep clean after 2 weeks. The deep clean was of the cooker,grill and oven. Very thorough clean carried out by Abbey. I have 3 hours a week and I like the flexibility of the start time when requested. I would highly recommend.
