Dan visited and gave me a quote for the job. He then turned up with Tom to help on the day and have to say they did a very tidy job of strimming the grass, raking it up and clearing. Chopped up a dead tree which had fallen onto the land into logs and stacked tidy. They did what I asked them to do and were polite and informative in letting me know when they could next be here. Decent guys!

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!

Started off well then started disappearing off to other jobs (I am not local to the property) then carried out small painting touch up at another property. Tried to say he put 4 men into a terraced property, it’s just a days work for one person then tried to charge £1300!. Main job not completed and failed to turn up the Thursday because their car had been impounded as no insurance, refused to pay £1300 but asked for a fair price. They have now disappeared without completing what they have been paid to do

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.
