Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

I work on every aspect of works including new builds, exstensions, barn convertions, brick and blockwork, plastering, damp proofing, flooring, tiling, windows and doors, facia, soffits and guttering and many many more.
Terrible builder, he will not give a receipt or invoice for any of the work carried out. He said he finished all the work then i paid him because i trusted him. I made the mistake of paying without checking all the work and without receiving the invoice. He only did half of the work he quoted for. I unfortunately paid the full amount. The shed he built lets in water every time it rains. He didn’t fix any of the gutters he quoted for. The list is long.
