We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Delighted with the service received from this company. Completed the job to quoted budget and well within the maximum timeframe quoted including doing some extra work (painting hallways, replacing spotlights) that weren't in the original job. Everything looks really good, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really professional! Had a stud wall removed from Kitchen and you would never be able to tell there was a wall there previously. Excellent throughout, would highly recommend!

I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.

Wes is a top bloke. He did a good job,worked hard and tidied up after himself. The price was reasonable also. He fitted a front door for us. I would recommend him highly.

This man was fantastic He put a cat flap into a brick wall , he even went further as to put shelving for the cat to walk along as i am in a first floor flat, he was very pleasant , cleaned up after himself , and very reasonable rates, I would recommmend him to any one that needs his skills without a doubt . Graham and his lads were great. Would highly recommend for your building works. Was always open book about costs and plan of action, spoke on the phone regularly and was always easy to get hold of to give you that piece of mind. Full kitchen extension 5m x 3m from start to finish. Trusted with access to the property and never had any issues.
