We take on all sorts of work, from general building and full property renovations to kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrics, extensions, garage conversions and HMO projects. Because we’re a small team, we stay involved in the work ourselves. You’ll know who’s doing the job, we keep things moving, and we don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’re also proud to have apprentices as part of our team. We believe in giving the next generation a proper start in the trade — learning on the job, picking up good habits and working alongside experienced people. It’s good for them, good for the industry and, if we’re honest, it keeps us on our toes too! We’re particularly good at taking tired properties and giving them a proper transformation, with full renovations and HMO conversions being a big part of what we do. We’re based in Shropshire, but we’re happy to travel for the right project. We’ve always been willing to go a little further when the job, the people and the project are right. For us, it’s about taking on work we can get stuck into and be proud of, wherever that takes us. We’re not trying to be the biggest building company around. We’re a small team with plenty of experience, a wide range of skills and a straightforward approach — turn up, get stuck in, do the job properly and leave something we’re proud of. Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

I set up Marshall Heating Solutions in February 2020, I have been in the industry for 21 years and I have gained invaluable experience in all aspects within the profession being a heating service, repair and installation engineer covering anything plumbing, heating and gas within domestic and commercials buildings. There really isn't much that I haven’t come across and experienced within the field, during my working career. I have successfully been a heating manager for a couple of successful heating business, before taking the plunge and setting up this company myself. I also have all the relevant training and qualifications required to complete all lines of work within the industry. All our quotations are free off charge and we never charge a call out fee Just a fair hourly fee off £65 & vat.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.
