I am a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer. With many years experience. I currently work on domestic and commercial systems specialising in boiler breakdown and servicing. I also have two more plumbing and heating engineers, two air conditioning engineers and two electricians. All of us are Fully qualified having carried out time served apprenticeships. All of us are qualified to a level 3 standard and beyond. The range of services we can offer are consultancy, installation, maintenance and repair of all types of systems related to our trades.
Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.

Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
