Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Quick to make contact after posting the job. Agreed to call at 10am on 11 July. That morning I got a text asking me to call which I did. He was running late and asked if 11am would be ok. He did eventually show up at 1pm as the previous job took longer. He said he would go online to look for a lock and let me know. I have not heard anything since. Very poor service.

Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.
