From the moment he Rafal contacted me he was so pleasant and easy to explain to what I wanted doing . He was on time when he arranged a suitable time also his workmanship was excellent he never took a break and he was so kind and considerate showing respect Towards my disabled partner when working, I would highly recommend his work to anyone and I'm also planning more work for him in the future.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.
