Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I also do some handyman jobs in between or if I'm in a certain area or the customer requests it. The locksmith that attended was honest and fair. He arrived within 35 minutes from confirming their service. The whole process was fast and efficient. Any other issues arise in the future; EPR Locksmith would be my first point of call.
