Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

The job involved painting and applying a mold prevention dye to a section of the living room ceiling and the bathroom ceiling. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Appalling. We arranged for him to start stairs and landing bedroom and other gloss painting. We were given a date with 4 week wait. During this time stripped walls moved bedroom furniture and removed carpets. He advised where to get wallpaper etc and was contactable till a week before start date when I was ringing mobile and texting for how many rolls of paper to get. NO RESPONSE TO LOTS OF MESSAGES AND TEXTS. HE DID RESPOND. HE HAS NO WEBSITE OR PREMISES. BEWARE GO TO RELIABLE DECORATOR.
