PS BUILDING & DECORATING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE I am based in Penshurst Tunbridge Wells. Experinced established tradesman. All types of domestic property maintenance and repairs carried out . Free advice and estimates Local established tradesman with over 35 years experience.
I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
30 years experience, city guilds, reliable and trustworthy. Full liability insurance. Find me on Facebook regency decorations-kent. you will find loads of my work and reviews on there.
Daren did a very good job of decorating the lounge. He wallpapered and painted the walls, the skirting boards, window sills and doors. He was reliable and did the work quickly and precisely. Very pleased with the result.

Our team offers over 20 years of combined roofing experience and can deliver outstanding results for a very reasonable price.
We recently had our flat roof replaced by Citywide Roofing and have been very pleased with the work. Dan and his team were friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. After the work was completed, we asked if the gutter flow could be adjusted slightly. Dan came back promptly in a good-natured, helpful way. To me, that speaks volumes about the confidence he has in his work and his willingness to stand behind it.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
