At Wirral Roofing & Repoint, we’re not a big company with flashy vans or TV adverts — we’re a small, hardworking local business that’s built on grit, honesty, and the pride we take in our craft. Like many small tradesmen, we’ve faced more than our fair share of setbacks: unfair, undercutting by cowboys, and the tough reality of trying to grow a business while staying true to quality over quick profit. We don’t have a huge budget for marketing — what we do have is skill, experience, and the kind of workmanship that speaks for itself. All we ask for is the chance to prove it. Every roof we repair and every wall we repoint is done with care as if it were our own home. We believe in earning trust the old-fashioned way: through hard work and a job well done. If you’re tired of being let down and want someone who actually cares, give us a call. Let us show you what proper workmanship looks like — we just want a fair shot to earn your respect and your recommendation

David did a very professional job he hand made the gate and was extremely personable. He was punctual and removed the old gate and ensured that he was satisfied and myself also that everything was satisfactory before leaving. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone who wanted this kind of work done.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

I hired Duncan from First Choice Decor to decorate my hall, stairs and landings. His preparation was meticulous and he gave helpful suggestions to achieve the desired result. He is a perfectionist and his attention to detail produced an excellent finish. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to do my kitchen/diner as well. Would highly recommend him.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. Thank you again Tak. Thank you Rated People for finding him for us. Brenda Warrington
