The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. Water leak had caused a large section of the suspended kitchen floor to collapse. Brandon from Nexus was prepared to take on the job while others walked away. Not only did he do an excellent repair job but he managed the expectations of the tenants and liaised with the loss adjuster re. the successful insurance claim.
