Peter and his crew arrived in good time, started work promptly (overboarding and plastering a slightly cracked ceiling), did a good job and finished earlier than I expected them too. One spontaneously offered help when my partner was moving some item. I selected them partly on the basis that Peter could come and see the job and meet me (rather than just sending someone unseen to to do the job on Friday). They were a cheerful and friendly bunch, and I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
