We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job. He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.
