Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. Would highly recommend, professional and reliable.
