Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

I have learned a wide variety of skills within plastering over those 4 years including use of bonding agents and strapping and sheeting ceilings. Daniel arranged our job quickly and easily at a very competitive price. He kept us fully informed at each stage of the process what was happening and when. Good quality workmanship. Would have given 5 stars but the colour of the harling is slightly darker than the other walls, however, we appreciate that it is very difficult to get an exact match, so would say 4.5 or 4.75 stars, rather than 4. Fantastic service overall, would definitely recommend without hesitation and would use again.

John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard.
