Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Hired to fix my guttering and they have done a brilliant job, they came to check and work out what the problem is and gave me a reasonable quote, they arranged a date and time to carry out the work and the leak and guttering issues are completely gone. Would highly recommend.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Absolutely delighted with the work from MM Perfect House. Michael was excellent throughout, always helpful, obliging and happy to answer all my queries. Pablo who completed the work, was friendly, polite, hardworking and always on time. Over four days he stripped wallpaper, repaired and prepared walls, sanded, and painted the walls and woodwork to an excellent standard. He worked methodically, left everything spotless each day, and the finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship.
