Really pleased with the work that these guys did. I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. Definitely will use them again.

I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. His quote was the most competitive and also he sounded really professional when we spoke, answering all of my questions and being very helpful and transparent in terms of his pricing structure. Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
