I had a boiler service carried out by Rob and he did an excellent job. He went the extra mile by checking my smoke alarm and gas hob to make sure everything complies with gas safety standards. BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't.
