Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Found the person doing my guttering helpful and very informative about his trade. Accommodated me as was working away at the time and sent me a before and after photo of the old/new guttering. Was very clean and left the old guttering in a safe place as was Aluminium.
