With regard to budget the category "up to ÂŁ100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.
