We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Sadly I have been let down twice in two consecutive weeks. Was initially told he would attend last Saturday but called to say he would have to reschedule, which was fine. We rescheduled for today, I messaged him yesterday to see what time he was coming. I didn't get a response. Not good at all. My review DOES NOT reflect the skills and qualifications Craig has as I can't comment on this because he never turned up. Frustrating.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
