We are a family-run business established in 2018, with over 8 years of experience in the trade. Based in Blackburn, we provide a wide range of property and outdoor services for both residential and commercial customers. NOT A QUALIFIED BUILDER! Promised to complete all work in 4 days. Arrived after 11am each day. Insisted on full payment or wouldn't complete work, so I paid in full. Pergola not installed. Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Initial scheduling and pricing issues arose before starting—including a missed evening appointment without notice, short-notice changes next morning, and a higher quote on a reposted listing. As a result, we didn't proceed. Afterwards, the contractor reached out repeatedly via call, text, and WhatsApp to sincerely apologize and take full responsibility. While we didn't work together, I acknowledge his persistence, accountability, and effort to resolve the situation maturely.

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all.
