Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

They picked up the job very quickly so I used the first person that called, how stupid was I, overcharged me for the job at hand all rubbish left behind, the leaking toilet pipe which they replaced still leaking and are not returning to fix even after numerous txt and phone calls and charged separately for this, not happy at all

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Do not use these people. Absolutely regret calling Manny. Took hours doing a very simple task. Kept going out to supposedly get tools or supplies and not returning for ages. Didn't give any explanation. Overcharged us a horrendous amount. Originally said £80-£90 then asked for £210. He then accepted £150. Absolutely disgraceful. Pretending that the job is difficult and taking long on purpose. This was a job for my in-laws. Shamelessly taking advantage of elderly people.
