I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
